■ HP PAVLO W.E Program?
PAVLO는 한국HP PSG의 공식 블로그 이름이자 소셜 미디어 브랜드이고, W.E는 Web Expert의 약자랍니다. 타이틀을 설명 드리면, HP PSG의 소셜 미디어 브랜드인 PAVLO에서 운영하는 대학생 온라인마케팅 담당자를 양성하는 프로그램이라고 정의할 수 있겠네요. Web이라는 공간은 사람들이 서로 네트워킹함에 있어 시공간을 뛰어넘을 수 있도록 해주고 있습니다. 그러다 보니 기업들은 웹을 통해 소비자들과 더 가깝게 커뮤니케이션 할 수 있게 되고, 마케팅 프로그램도 효율적으로 운영할 수 있게 됐습니다. 많은 기업은 효율적이고 성공적인 웹 마케팅을 위해 역량 있는 Web Expert들을 계속해서 갈구하고 있답니다. 이에 한국HP에서는 직접적인 웹 생태계 체험과 트레이닝을 통해 대학생 Web Expert를 양성하는 프로그램을 기획하게 되었습니다. 참여하는 대학생들은 W.E Program을 통해 SNS(소셜 네트워킹 서비스)에서 진행되는 다양한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 활동을 경험할 수 있을 것입니다.
■ HP PAVLO W.E Program에서는 무엇을 하나요?
W.E Program 1기는 1월 모집 후 2월~7월까지 6개월 동안 활동하게 됩니다. 그리고 프로그램의 주요 미션은 두 가지입니다.
1. PAVLO W.E! 관심 분야의 파워 블로거가 되자! W.E Program에 참여하게 되면 우선 블로고스피어를 이해하기 위한 프로그램이 진행됩니다. 웹 마케팅 커뮤니케이션은 콘텐츠 생산과 콘텐츠의 유통, 그리고 기업 목적성과의 연결이 아주 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있습니다. 따라서 웹 콘텐츠의 메카라고 할 수 있는 블로고스피어를 이해하는 것이 필수죠. 그리고 블로고스피어를 이해하는 데는 직접 블로거가 되어 보는 것이 가장 효과적일 것입니다. 직접 콘텐츠를 만들고 유통하는데, 재미가 없다면 결코 지속적으로 블로그를 운영할 수 없을 것입니다. 그래서 W.E Program에서는 5개의 분야를 설정하고 참가자가 원하는 분야의 블로그를 운영할 수 있도록 할 예정입니다. 5개 분야는 IT & Gadget, 디자인, 마케팅, 비즈니스, 디지털 엔터테인먼트 입니다. 이 5가지 분야 중 본인이 관심있는 분야의 블로그(HP에서 계정을 지급함) 세팅하고 운영하면서 블로고스피어를 이해하게 될 것입니다. 더불어 정기적으로 파워 블로거 및 전문가들에게 블로고스피어에 대한 교육을 받게 됩니다. 아! 그리고 블로그 운영에 대해 자세히 설명드리면 3명이 한 개의 블로그를 배정받아 팀 블로깅을 하시게 될 것입니다. 그러니 W.E Program은 총 15명의 대학생이 선발되는 것이죠.^^
2. PAVLO W.E! 한국HP PSG의 웹 마케터가 되자! 해당 관심분야 블로그를 운영하는 것 이외에 소셜 미디어 기반으로 진행되는 온.오프라인 마케팅 프로그램에도 참여하게 됩니다. SNS마케팅 및 프로모션과 관련된 전략 기획 제안의 기회와 프로그램 진행등에 참여할 기회도 제공됩니다. 또한 W.E Program 우수자에게는 한국HP 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 팀에서의 인턴기회도 얻게 되죠.^^
■ W.E Program에 참여하면 어떤 혜택들이 있나요?
우선 6개월간 W.E Program을 활동하는 동안에 소정의 활동비가 지급됩니다. 웹 콘텐츠를 만들고 프로그램에 참여하는 동안의 경비 수준이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 그리고 월별 프로그램 우수자를 선정해 W.E Present도 지급됩니다. 프로그램 우수자 혜택에는 HP 인턴과 프레스 투어, Seeding Unit 제공이 있습니다. HP PSG 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 팀 인턴의 기회는 우수자를 선발해 제공할 예정입니다. 프레스 투어란 HP의 글로벌 행사에 블로거 기자단으로 참여하게 되는 것입니다. HP는 글로벌 회사이다보니 해외 신제품 간담회나 글로벌 블로거 행사 등이 정기적으로 있습니다. 이러한 해외 행사에 HP 블로거 기자단으로 참석하게 되는 것이죠. 그리고 Seeding Unit 이란 HP에 대한 관여도가 높은 오피니언 리더들에게 제품을 후원하는 프로그램이라고 생각하시면 됩니다. 우수자는 이 프로그램에 등록되어 HP PC 신제품을 체험할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 되는 것이랍니다. 마지막으로 6개월 동안 프로그램을 무사히 참여한 참가자들에게는 W.E Program 수료증이 지급되고, W.E 프로그램 다음 기수 맨토가 되어 한국HP PSG와 지속적으로 관계를 쌓게 됩니다.
■ W.E Program은 어떻게 신청하나요?
W.E Program은 총 3단계에 걸쳐 선발을 하게 됩니다. 선발과정에 대해서 간략하게 소개 드리겠습니다. 단계별 설명을 드리기 전에 지원 자격요건에 대해서 먼저 말씀드리겠습니다. 지원 요건은 다음과 같습니다.
- 웹 마케팅, SNS 마케팅 커뮤니케이션에 관심많고, 이 분야의 전문가를 꿈꾸는 대학생 - 6개월간 W.E 프로그램 참여에 문제없는 대학생 (휴/재학생 모두 가능, 재수생/군인/유학생 불가^^) - 에디팅, 사진, 영상 등에 남다른 제주가 있거나 관심많은 대학생 - 블로그를 운영하는 대학생, 블로그를 할 예정인 대학생, 블로그를 하고 싶은 대학생 모두 가능
